Changing E-tickets
The departure time and registration number of a vehicle indicated on the e-ticket can be changed. 1) You can change the E-ticket online at www.tuuleliinid.ee by logging in to the permanent customer environment or by clicking on the link to the page for making changes included in the e-ticket sales confirmation received via e-mail. 2) In the ticket sales office at the ferry of voyages that have not yet departed at least 1 hour before departure. The service fee for changing an e-ticket online or the ticket at the ticket sales office at the ferry is 3.20 €. |
